Our service department will work with you to schedule an annual service that limits unexpected breakdowns and costly repairs.
Often completed at the same time as an annual service to reduce the cost and ensure it is a fixed rather than sudden expense, our engineers complete a full safety check of your machine (also known as a Pressure Vessel Inspection (PVI)) and supply you with industry recognised safety certification which meets the requirement of your insurance provider. Our engineers are also happy to meet with insurance assessors to complete the inspections. All commercial coffee machines with a pressurized boiler are legally required to be certified as safe.
If your machine requires a full descale or has developed a fault that cannot be rectified at your place of business, our engineers will arrange to uplift and bring back to our workshop to repair. Whilst this is taking place, we will supply you with a loan machine so that your business experiences as minimal impact as possible. We aim to get your machine back into perfect working order as swiftly as possible.
With experience of a range of hot water boiler systems as well as counter and floor standing cold water supply options, we can schedule annual maintenance programmes as well as respond to any emergencies with our repair service.
The best way of preventing the need for full descales or machine repairs is to keep your water filters up to date and working at their optimum level. Our service department will discuss your needs at the time of scheduling your annual service so that our engineers can install the water filter ideal for your operation. In most cases this can be undertaken once a year, but by building a relationship with our customers we gain a level of appreciation which allows us to design a schedule that best suits individual needs.
