A coffee machine that stops working halfway through a Saturday morning rush is more than an inconvenience. It costs you sales, and it costs you the confidence of regulars who came in for one thing. We have been servicing commercial coffee equipment since 1979, and our engineers look after machines across London, including cafés, restaurants, pubs, offices and hotels throughout Wallington.
We work on traditional espresso machines and bean to cup models, and we keep our service straightforward. You get a clear price, an engineer who knows the machine in front of them, and a repair that holds.
Most faults we attend can be fixed there and then. Our engineers arrive prepared, which is how we maintain a 98% first fix rate on repair callouts. Getting your machine back in service on the first visit means you are not turning customers away while you wait on a second appointment.
If a fault runs deeper, we will tell you honestly rather than patching over it.
Planned servicing costs far less than an emergency callout. We schedule annual visits around your trading hours so the work causes as little disruption as possible.
Any commercial coffee machine with a pressurised boiler must be certified as safe by law. We carry out the Pressure Vessel Inspection alongside your annual service and issue the safety certification your insurer requires. Our engineers are also happy to meet insurance assessors on site. Combining the two visits keeps the cost fixed and predictable rather than sudden.
Some jobs cannot be completed in a busy café. When a machine needs a full descale, or a repair that calls for workshop conditions, we collect it and supply a loan machine in the meantime. Your coffee offering carries on while we work, and we return your machine as quickly as we can.
We service and repair hot water boilers as well as counter and floor standing cold water units. Water quality sits behind a great many of the breakdowns we see, so we fit the right filter for your set-up and replace it on a sensible schedule. In most cases once a year is enough, and it is the simplest way to avoid descaling and repairing bills later.
Our engineers work with Astoria, Bravilor, Brita, Burco, Cimbali, Conti, CTU, Expobar, Flux, Fracino, Franke, Futurmat, Gaggia, Instanta, Jura, La Spaziale, Lavazza, Lincat, Matrix, Melitta, Primo, Rancilio and San Remo. If your machine is not on that list, ask us and we will see what we can do. Please note that we do not work on domestic coffee machines.
