Most faults we are called out to can be sorted on the day, at your premises, without your machine ever leaving the counter. Our engineers carry the parts that commonly fail, which is how we hold a 98% first fix rate on repair callouts. If a fault cannot be put right on site, we uplift the machine to our workshop and leave you with a loan machine so you can keep serving while we work on it.
An annual service is the simplest way to avoid sudden breakdowns and the bills that follow them. We work with you to schedule it around your quieter trading hours, and we quote a fixed price so there are no unexpected additions once the work is done.
Every commercial coffee machine with a pressurised boiler is legally required to be certified as safe. We carry out PSSR certification, also known as a Pressure Vessel Inspection, at the same visit as your annual service to save you the cost and disruption of a second callout. You receive industry recognised certification that meets the requirements of your insurance provider, and our engineers are happy to meet insurance assessors on site to complete the inspection.
Limescale is the quiet killer of espresso machines in this part of London. We provide full descale services and fit the correct water filter for your machine and your daily volume, which is by far the cheapest way to prevent larger repairs further down the line. We also service and repair hot water boilers, along with counter and floor standing cold water systems.
Our engineers have worked with all the major names in traditional espresso and bean to cup equipment, including Astoria, Bravilor, Brita, Burco, Cimbali, Conti, Expobar, Fracino, Franke, Futurmat, Gaggia, Instanta, Jura, La Spaziale, Lavazza, Lincat, Melitta, Rancilio and San Remo. If your machine is not on that list, ring us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. Please note that we do not work on domestic coffee machines.
