Breakdowns rarely happen at a convenient moment. Our engineers carry a well stocked van and complete 98% of repair callouts on the first visit, so in most cases you are back trading the same day.
If a fault cannot be resolved at your premises, or your machine needs a full descale in the workshop, we collect it and supply a loan machine while the work is carried out. Your service carries on and so does your revenue.
Any commercial coffee machine with a pressurised boiler must be certified as safe by law. We carry out Pressure Vessel Inspections alongside your annual service, which keeps the cost down and gives you one visit instead of two. You receive industry recognised certification that satisfies your insurance provider, and our engineers are happy to meet assessors directly if that is needed.
We work with traditional espresso machines and bean to cup equipment from Conti, La Spaziale, Lavazza, Jura, Expobar, Rancilio, Cimbali, Fracino, Franke, Gaggia, Astoria, Melitta, San Remo and many others. If your machine is not on that list, ring us anyway. We have seen most things over the past four decades.
