When you need something to keep you warm and snug during the cold months, there’s nothing like Orange Hot Chocolate. Easy to make and your cusomers will love it.
• 30 ml ROUTIN or MONIN Triple Sec syrup
• 240ml hot chocolate
• Chocolate Curls or Poldermill Chocolate Sprinkle
Pour the syrup into a coffee cup or glass.
Steam hot chocolate and milk. Pour hot chocolate over syrup and stir.
Top with chocolate curls or Poldermill Chocolate Sprinkle.
Optional extra: Whipped Cream and Orange Peel
